Otzovism was a left-opportunist tendency in the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party. The Otzovists wanted to boycott the State Duma and only participate in illegal work. They joined the Liquidationists and Trotskyists to form the anti-Bolshevik August Bloc.[1]
