Soliin Danzan (1885 – 1924 August) was a Mongolian revolutionary and a member of the bourgeois faction of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party.[1]:281
Pre-revolution[edit | edit source]
On 1920 June 28, Danzan and Choibalsan left Mongolia visit Russia shortly after the MPRP was formed. On August 24, Danzan, Losol, and Chagdarjav began traveling to Moscow to meet with Lenin. Danzan did not want to request support from the Bolsheviks, and Lenin criticized his nationalist views.[1]:280–6
The First Party Congress in 1921 March elected Danzan as a Central Committee member.[1]:292
People's Revolution[edit | edit source]
On 1921 July 16, Danzan became the Minister of Finance of the first permanent Mongolian government formed after the People's Revolution.[1]:300
