Topic on Comradeship:Jangbari

Hi comrade, by convention we don't edit other editors' essays without the author's permission as they're more personal (except for Open Source essays which can be edited by anyone). Sorry for the confusion. It seems this isn't outlined in the onboarding page so I'll be adding it shortly.
