Victoria Spartz (née Kulheyko; born 6 October 1978) is a Ukrainian-Statesian Republican Party politician currently serving as the Representative of Indiana's 5th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. She previously represented the 20th district of the Indiana State Senate. Spartz is the first Ukrainian-born member of Congress and the first member of Congress born in a former Soviet republic.[1]
