Bias wording and real-time news

Just wanted to commend the most recent edit by @Jucheguevara for this page. Whilst adding more information it also clarifies wording and re-centres the perspective of the whole article as that of a Wiki, not a real-time news aggregator. The Center for Political Innovation is not something I'd ever heard of until scrolling through the recent changes, but having done some brief reading, the situation seems controversial, unresolved, very fresh off the press, and - frankly - stinking of state involvement.

Let's remember that a founding member of the Black Panthers was a state informant; it's not impossible for state agents to get in deep into these kind of organisations and play the role of liquidators.

I'm not saying that is what has happened here and, really, I'm not making any judgement on the validity of the allegations and reports that have been put forward; it just seems too soon for a Wiki to come to a conclusive conclusion on the history and character of an organisation that has only just been dissolved.

These are just my thoughts as an observer of the situation.

Good day, comrade. I wish to concede that you are largely correct; Prolewiki is not the corporate news, we do not write and record these events based upon its present fad-like popularity with Marxists for the sake of attention, nor is this encyclopædia merely a platform for individual editors to promote their own ideological tendency (not in the articles, at least).

I, in ultimacy, think that the recent edits were beneficial to our long-term coverage of this organisation (my edits clearly contained some degreee of recency bias; focusing far to much on the recent scandal, not on the overall history and ideology of the CPI). I myself have studied the CPI for some years now, particularly its leader, Caleb Maupin, and personally, I believe that they are little than opportunists, that only serve to weaken the Communist movement in my country. However, I understand that this is only my view, not the overall view of Communists, therefore, if these edits serve to fairly represent the collective views of Communists - let them exist.
