Matthew Tye, also known as Laowhy86, is a Statesian neoliberal and anti-communist propagandist who had formerly lived within the PRC as an expatriate. His YouTube channel, although initially meant to log his daily life while living within the PRC, nowadays is largely focused on spreading anti-PRC lies and conspiracy theories.[1]
On 10 February 2013, Tye would post a video of him desecrating a grave site in Taiwan Province, where he would tell his wife to not talk while doing the act as she cried for him to stop and leave the site alone after discovering it.[2]
