Fraudulent Marketing[edit | edit source]

On September 2, 2009, Pfizer was sued for $2.3 billion by the U.S government for fraudulent marketing of multiple products.[2]

Pfizer bribed the U.S government for $1 billion to resolve allegations under the False Claims Act of illegal promotion of the drugs: Bextra, Geodon, Zyvox, and Lyrica; and illegal bribery of hospitals to promote these drugs.[2]

Nonconsensual Human Experimentation[edit | edit source]
