Anti-Stalin rhetoric

Luna Oi claims that Joseph Stalin never synthesised Marxism-Leninism, and that Marxism-Leninism existed within Ho Chi Minh as well.[4] Luna Oi also claims that Stalin despised Ho Chi Minh[5] and that Stalin thought that Ho Chi Minh was working for the CIA.[6]
