| 1. Found it on duckduckgo when I was searching some theory terms, the page came up and I've used it every now and agian.

| 2. Marxism-Leninism. I was a socdem-demsoc for ages (Loved Jermery Corbyn) read state and rev as my first Marxist theory and just educated myself from there.
| |
| 3. I have no issues with the principles, who we critically support and the democratic way the site is run is great.
| |
| 4. Gender is a social construct generally defined by one's physical state, but more recently has began to include identity as well and has varied in form from one society to another. Support for LGBT liberation is necessary for building a free and equal society.

| 5. Stalin Is one of the greatest men in History. played a large role in making the USSR a superpower (pulling hundreds of millions of people out of deadly poverty), eradication of Hitlerist fascism, and promotion of anti-colonialist struggles. He was far from perfect eg the national deportations of the Tatars and Koreans was not well justified. He also has good literature. Dialectical and Historical Materialism is the best book on the subject. I don't know too much about Mao's government but I know when he took over the life expectancy in china was only like 30 and almost 70 by his death so enough said really. I don't agree with the cultural revolution just a silly idea in general. Big fan of Mao's writing oppose book worship is probably my favourite essay.

| 6. I support China, Cuba, Korea, Laos, and Vietnam. They all maintain DOTP. On other notes: I'm sympathetic to MLM and I root for the NPA, but I'm opposed to Gonzaloism and PolPot was mental. Khrushchev and Brezhnev were wrong-minded revisionists. Nonetheless I believe the socialist character of the USSR remained until the Yeltsin-Gorbachev coup, and I fundamentally reject the idea that it was social imperialist, a bourgeois state, or hitlerite fascist.

| SECONDARY QUESTIONS
| |
| | |
| 1. Dialectical materialism is a philosophical framework that explores the dynamics of societal development and change. It combines dialectics, which examines contradictions and their resolution, with materialism, which emphasizes the role of material conditions in shaping human societies. Dialectical materialism recognizes the central role of class struggle in driving historical progress and aims for a classless society where the means of production are collectively owned. It investigates the interplay between opposing forces and the development of productive forces to understand the underlying causes of social transformation.

| 2. Yugoslav stuff. Love me tito and have extended family that lived there, British shit like CPGB history, also noticed on your CPB page it lacks the context of BRS's existence to begin with.
| |
| TLDR: Product of the cold war, comintern made sure Western European parties abandoned explicit militant platforms and yadada something about soviet's not funding western CPs. In Britian this led to (the dismay of many) BRS being passed with extremely strong soviet backing.
| |
| I'm not defending BRS its not great and we waste our money and time on electoral politics (contrary to funding that could go to mutual aid and community work) which is stupid. It mainly serves as advertisement and its probably the only program we can have without getting into legal issues and the Israel part of it is horrendous but eh the curse of democratic-centralism.
| |
| Personally I think it isn't correct to ascribe a particular road to socialism in a British context. There is going to be a number of different roads to socialism depending on prevailing conditions at the time. Our job as a vanguard party should be the construction of a revolutionary vehicle capable of navigating any and all of those potential roads.

| Sorry for the tangent.

| Issue 1. There is like 5 diff non-trot ML parties in Britain (Not saying UK because that includes NI which belongs to Ireland) and due to personal beef, ideological shitfighting and each of them falling to their own different kinds of opportunism they're all apart which they shouldn't be. On the topic of opportunism. CPGBML has a infamous class-reductionist stance and is incredibly lgbtphobic and have a marxist purity fetish, CPB has recently put out a load of transphobic statements and has a women's commission full of terfs, the workers party suffers from similar issues toe CPGBML but on top of that they regurgitate right-wing anti-immigration bollocks and the rest are too small to have any real impact and just sell their shitty papers.

| | |
| Issue 2 - Food poverty. Food inflation has gone up massively in recent times and unlike other products it isn't going down. More and more working poor are using food banks even doctors and nurses.
| |
| | |
| 7. Dialectical materialism Marxism is more than just a ideology it's a philosophy. There are many non-marxist socialist movements eg Gaddafi's whole jig.
| |
| 8. Israel is a genocidal Settler colonial state that should have never existed in the first place. I fully support a 1 state solution with hopefully a socialist secular government.
