Donald Ewen Cameron (24 December 1901 – 8 September 1967) was the top CIA mind control expert in Canada during Project MKUltra. He ran subproject 68 out of the Allan Memorial Institute at McGill University, which he ran from 1950 to 1965. James Earl Ray, who was framed for Martin Luther King's assassination underwent hypnosis at the Memorial Institute.[1]
