The People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) is the militant arm of the CPI (Maoist). It is presently fighting a protracted people's war in India, with the ultimate goal of forming a proletarian dictatorship in that country, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. However, they have allegedly done various terrorist actions aganist the Indian proletariat, among other crimes[1][2]
