He seeks to return Argentina to how it was in 1900 and make the U.S. dollar the national currency. His platform includes privatizing healthcare and state-owned companies, ending social spending, and abolishing the central bank. Despite identifying as a libertarian, he wants to strengthen the military and give the police more authority to arrest people.[1]

If Milei becomes president, he will prevent Argentina from joining BRICS. He wants to align with the United States and Israel.[2]
