The People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) is the militant arm of the CPI (Maoist). It is presently fighting a protracted people's war in India, with the ultimate goal of forming a proletarian dictatorship in that country, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. While the group has carried out terroristic actions in the past, including the bombing of schools (Which they claimed were being used by the enemy)[1][2][3][4] and the usage of child soldiers,[5] the group itself is not inherently a terrorist organization as these actions were conducted out of necessity.
