ProleWiki is a Marxist-Leninist encyclopedia. As such, we require our prospective editors to have a good grasp on Marxist theory, and agree with our Principles. Your application will be submitted to the editorship for a vote. Expect a response in a few days to a week. Once your account has been approved, you will receive your password by email and have officially joined ProleWiki!

Be detailed and elaborate as you can be in answering the questions. The more expansive an answer is the better the deliberation process regarding your application will be. A wrong answer doesn't necessarily mean rejection, do your best and don't stress

1. Where did you find Prolewiki from? How familiar are you with it? Comment what made you want to join Prolewiki and what areas you are interested in contributing to.

2. Have you read our principles? Comment your agreements or objections to their points.

General Knowledge

3. What current of Marxist thought do you uphold? Describe as thoroughly as needed your path towards your current political perspective.

4. Have you read works from Marxists, pertaining but not limited to those from historical or existing socialist states? Please note some that stood out to you.

5. How familiar are you with Marxist history, from the theorists, movements, to the history of AES countries like the USSR and PRC? What events do you consider some of the most important and why?

6. What are your thoughts on the countries of the former Socialist Block, for example the USSR, DDR, Albania etc? Do you believe any of those countries were Socialist or did they stray from it? Why or why not?

On Theory and Application

7. How should countries such as US/Canada, Israel, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand be analyzed, and how can such analysis be both same and different regarding countries in Latin America for example?

8. What for instance is your analysis of the situation in Palestine? Do you support or denounce the Palestine Uprising?

9. What is Imperialism and how do institutions and programs like the IMF, Belt and Road Initiative, and the World Bank relate to it?

10. Have you read anything on Marxist feminism? What are your perspectives on it?

11. Do you think abolishing the family should be a goal of the communist movement? If so, how would it be abolished?

12. In your own words, how would you describe dialectical materialism?

13. What in your opinion is the most pressing matter for communists in your country? How familiar are you with the history of the Communist movement in your country, and is there a Communist Party or not? If there is, what is your opinion of it, and if not, why do you think there is not?

14. What do you believe is the main difference between Marxism and other anti-capitalist movements?
