Abdurakhman Gezanovich Avtorkhanov (23 October 1908 – 24 April 1997) was a Soviet politician who defected the United States after the Second World War. He described himself as a follower of Bukharin but also heavily praised Trotsky in his book The Reign of Stalin. He supported bourgeois nationalism, kulaks,[1] and Tukhachevsky's 1937 coup plot[2] and thought that 90% of the Soviet population supported Hitler over Stalin during the war. Eventually, he openly supported U.S. imperialism against the Soviet Union.[1]
