Luther Gerald Parks (died September 26, 1993) was a former security officer for Bill Clinton while he was Governor of Arkansas. Along with Counsel Vince Foster, he compiled a dossier on Clinton's extramarital affairs in 1980 at Hillary's request. His friend, Barry Seal, smuggled drugs to the Contras. In July 1993, a burglar stole all of Parks's files on the Clintons. Two months later, an assassin shot and killed him while he was returning from a restaurant. His son Gary said that Bill Clinton organized the assassination because of Parks's knowledge of drug trafficking.[1]
