Alicia Jrapko (1 January 1953 – 11 January 2022) was an Argentine communist. She studied journalism in Córdoba and fled to Mexico in 1976 after a CIA-backed military junta took power. She later moved to the United States and worked in solidarity with the Cuban Revolution, becoming the leader of a committee for the freedom of Cuban political prisoners imprisoned by the USA. Since 2011, she was also the co-chair of the National Network on Cuba.[1]
