The Balkans, also known as the Balkan Peninsula, is a peninsula in southeast Europe. The states existing currently in the Balkans are:

- Republic of Albania
- Republic of North Macedonia
- Republic of Bulgaria
- Republic of Serbia
- Montenegro
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Republic of Croatia
