The People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) is the militant arm of the CPI (Maoist). It is presently fighting a protracted people's war in India, with the ultimate goal of forming a proletarian dictatorship in that country, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Being a terrorist organization,[1] the PLGA has committed various crimes, such as the usage of child soldiers.[2]
