Silvio Berlusconi (29 September 1936 – 12 June 2023) was an Italian billionaire and politician who ruled as Prime Minister of Italy from 1994 to 1995, 2001 to 2006, and 2008 to 2011. He privatized the economy and cut social spending while enriching himself and his corrupt followers.[1]
