The Southern Common Market, also known as Mercosur in Spanish, and Mercosul in Portuguese, is a South American Intergovernmental organisation. Its members are Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, with Bolivia soon to achieve full membership. Venezuela is also a full member but was suspended in 2016 in an attempt by the right to isolate it.[1]
