William Henry Gates III, also known as Bill Gates, is a Statesian capitalist, billionaire, and oligarch who founded Microsoft. As of April 2022, he has a net worth of $129 billion and is the fourth richest person in the world.[1] He has provided over $300 million of funding to hundreds of bourgeois media outlets,[2] including NBC, Le Monde, NPR, Al-Jazeera, and BBC.[3]
