Rodolfo Hernández Suárez is a far-right Colombian politician and millionaire with a net worth of roughly $100 million. He ran for president in 2022 and was defeated by center-left candidate Gustavo Petro. Hernández described himself as a follower of Adolf Hitler, who he called "a great German thinker" while he was mayor of Bucaramanga in 2016. He also supports former Colombian president Álvaro Uribe, who was connected to drug cartels and right-wing death squads.[1]
