@AmericanBaath, please explain how this communist organization, one which is attempting to create a dictatorship of the proletariat, is a "terrorist organization"?

The so-called "people's war" relies on an insurgency that targets civilian infrastructure and terrorizes the proletariat of India
If it bothers you, feel free to change it to "alleged terrorist organization".
Please provide evidence that this organization is targeting civilian infrastructure and "terrorizes" the Indian proletariat.

This is unclear, they were likely targeting schools because they thought that they were being used as hideouts by anti-communist forces. Even if this is true, we should be less hostile to them, and not just outright call them a "terrorist organization".
Wow so bombing innocent schools out of paranoia is somehow attacking the military
Also, if we want to be less hostile to them, then we should maybe word it something like this: "While the group has carried out terroristic actions in the past, including the bombing of schools and the usage of child soldiers, the group itself is not inherently a terrorist organization as these actions were conducted out of necessity."
We should ideally do something like that.
