The Nobel Prizes are a set of five prizes awarded yearly since 1901 for physics, chemistry, physiology/medicine, literature, and peace.
Physiology or Medicine Prize[edit | edit source]
António Egas Moniz received the Nobel Prize for inventing the lobotomy. The prize officials have never rescinded this award.[1]
Peace Prize[edit | edit source]
