Abby Martin is an anti-imperialist journalist who is famous for her work with Empire Files, Media Roots and Breaking The Set. In 2014, Georgia Southern University cancelled her scheduled speech after she refused to sign a pro-Israel pledge.[1] Her previous work on Breaking The Set has been censored on YouTube alongside most content from Russian television broadcaster RT.[2][3]
She is married to anti-war activist and Iraq War veteran Michael Prysner, who is famous for interrupting a 2021 speech by ex-president and war criminal George W. Bush.[4]
