AntiWork is an online community on Reddit dedicated to exposing the poor conditions of workers, promoting labor union consciousness.[1] Despite its name, it is not opposed to work in general, rather it's opposed to the current state of work.

From a marxist perspective, AntiWork a valuable space for agitating the working class, but is currently insufficient in educating them in revolutionary and socialist thought, which can help liberate the workers from their conditions in more absolute terms (rather than winning small concessions)
