Scott Ritter is a former US Marine Corps intelligence officer whose rise to prominence was during 2000 when he was a minority voice asserting the Saddam Hussein did not possess WMDs.
In 2019, Ritter expressed initial suspicion about the now-debunked claims about the Douma chemical attack in Syria.[1][2]
In 2022, his Twitter account was suspended.[3] It is unknown if Ritter has set up alternative broadcast communication methods to circumvent his Twitter suspension.
