Geoff Young is a Democratic Party candidate whoran for Kentucky's 6th congressional district on an anti-war platform as well as the abolition of the imperialist secret police, the Central Intelligence Agency.[1][2]

President Kennedy famously wanted to abolish the CIA and was assassinated.[3][4]

He ran against Republican incumbent Andy Barr, who pushed for expanding FBI surveillance operations against Chinese academics as part of the New Cold War against China.[1] Multiple former CIA agents were reelected while Young lost with 26.3% of the vote.[5]

Political positions

Young advocates for the abolition of AFRICOM and the withdrawal of U.S. military forces from all overseas military bases.[6] He has correctly criticized the National Endowment for Democracy as being a CIA cut-out.[7] Young advocated impeaching President Joe Biden for his aggression against Russia and China,[8] as well as impeaching the Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe v. Wade.[9]
