Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856 – February 3, 1924) was the 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. He supported self-determination for the nations of the former Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman empires but rejected it for the rest of the world and oversaw invasions of Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Russia. Domestically, he removed Black people from positions in government and academia, segregated the transit system in Washington, D.C., and screened KKK propaganda in the White House.[1]
