Goring is most famous for his role as President of the government, so I think that one can stay common sense, but the other roles he took on is not something most people would be familiar with. I figure it shouldn't be too difficult to source the roles he took on, this is something on which historical documents should exist or, alternatively, just find a reference that validates the claim.
