Itooka Tomiko (Japanese: 糸岡 富子; born 23 May 1908 in Ōsaka – 29 December 2024 in Ashiya), born Yano Tomiko (矢野 富子), was a 116-year-old Japanese supercentenarian who, following the death of Maria Branyas on 19 August 2024, was briefly recognised as the oldest living person in the world. She was also recognised as the oldest living person in Japan and the oldest living person in Asia after Tatsumi Fusa passed away on 12 December 2023. During World War II, Itooka managed her husband's textile business while he travelled to Japanese-occupied Korea to run a factory there.[1]

Since Itooka's death, Inah Canabarro Lucas of Brazil (born 8 June 1908) has been recognised as the oldest living person in the world while Hayashi Okagi (born 2 September 1909) is recognised as the oldest living person in Japan and in Asia.
