Politico, known originally as The Politico, is a Statesian bourgeois media outlet that publishes news from a liberal and imperialist outlook and produces media primarily about the United States, Canada, the UK and the EU. In 2021 Politico was aquired by German media company, Axel Springer SE, for $1 billion and the company imposed its values upon Politco; requiring adherance to support for Israel, free-market capitalism, the European Union and NATO.[1]
