PragerU is a conservative propaganda network mostly funded by 2 oil billionaires.[1] Despite officially calling itself Prager University, there is no institute in place, and no degrees are available. The primary focus on PragerU is to release conservative and Western-oriented videos, such as defending Zionism, being strongly anti-communist, and defending the capitalist mode of production. PragerU is often criticised for not only their viewpoint, but also because of using unreliable sources and strawman arguments.

PragerU has other channels, such as PragerU Shorts, and the most controversial, PragerU Kids.

History

PragerU is created by a conservative by the name of Dennis Prager.

They provided seed funding for it, and have given it millions over the years; at least $6.5 million according to one outlet. As of 2016, two members of the Wilks family were on PragerU’s board, according to IRS filings; the 2017 and 2018 filings indicate that they are no longer on the board.”
