Unitary Corporatocratic Republic

What is a "Unitary Corporatocratic Republic"? Can the editor who wrote it (on the infobox under Government) explain why they chose those words?

I feel they rather mystify and are not very discernible for new readers, or even older Marxists -- maybe it's just me but I have no idea what this sequence of words is supposed to describe.

I remember we had a discussion about forms of government on infoboxes, that we didn't want them to just be "capitalism" but I think if we're going to be detailing them, we should use complete sentences. I don't know enough about the ROC but for HK for example we could say "Parliament controller partly by big companies and partly by X parties". Stuff that actually gives an indication as to what the form of government follows for a given country.

Although, on the other end of the spectrum, the government refers not to the state but the governing bodies, executive, legislative and judiciary. So we could talk about say capitalist parliamentary republics, socialist direct democracies, etc. Though this is more of the liberal view of government (separation of power)

Shouldn't this article go over the history of the ROC when they controlled the mainland prior to the Chinese Civil War, especially going over Kuomintang persecution of leftists?
