Urnammu (died c. 2094 BCE) was the founder of the Third Dynasty of Urim. He succeeded Utuhengal, who ruled in Unug. Under Urnammu's rule, the monarch became a supreme judge and administrator with absolute power. Urnammu's son Šulgi succeeded him after his death.[1]
