From ProleWiki, the proletarian encyclopedia

Multiple archive sites

Comrade @PrivacyIsImportantComrades asked if it's possible to add the ability to add multiple archive links, suggesting potentially a template exclusively for it, also.

I want to understand the reasoning behind this so I could try implementing it if necessary. First, why should multiple archive sites be used in web citations? And second, how the template input should work?

If an archive website goes down or gets recuperated by an anti-proletarian party, the other archive websites should still be shown so that people can get access to the material.

Example: If the Internet Archive, a U.S based digital library, starts to act against the interests of the people; there should be the ability to show links archived with other archival websites, like archive.is. (There could be more online website archive projects in the future.)

Not sure I understand that... The Internet Archive that you gave an example of is not managed by a "proletarian party" currently. Is there any precedence of Internet Archive removing a certain link?
