Paul Dundes Wolfowitz (born December 22, 1944) is a U.S. imperialist politician. He was the Pentagon's Under Secretary for Defense under George H. W. Bush and returned to power in 2001 under George W. Bush. He is responsible for the Wolfowitz Doctrine, which promotes U.S. unilateralism, imperialism, and military intervention.[1]
