Tenzin Gyatso is the 14th Dalai Lama and leader of the Central Tibetan Administration. After the liberation of Tibet in 1951, he fled abroad. He was paid $180,000 a year by the CIA to be involved in operations against China.[1] In 1999, he urged the British government not to try former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet for crimes against humanity.[2]
