Geoff has correctly criticized the National Endowment for Democracy as being a CIA cut-out.[3]
President Kennedy famously wanted to abolish the CIA and was assassinated.[4]
In November, Geoff will face Republican incumbent Andy Barr, who pushed for expanding FBI surveillance operations against Chinese academics as part of the New Cold War against China.[1]
