Rudolf Hilferding (10 August 1877 – 11 February 1941) was an Austrian Marxist and member of the Second International. He became an opportunist and rejected the dictatorship of the proletariat along with Kautsky. He considered imperialism to be an organized form of capitalism which would lack economic crises.[1]
