BadEmpanada is an Australian-Argentine communist YouTuber.[1] He makes long-form video essays about history, settler colonialism, imperialism and Latin American politics. BadEmpanada also has a stream clips channel and a Spanish language channel.
Criticism
BadEmpanada celebrated the doxxing and subsequent retirement of BayArea415 from the internet. He questioned whether BayArea415 was "…really at risk." after fascists revealed his identity.[2]
BadEmpanada blindly criticises AES projects such as China calling it "capitalist", "imperialist" and "communist in name only."[3]
On stream he often engages toxic behaviour, including involving himself in petty drama between content creators,[4][5] making unsubstantiated claims,[6] engaging in "debate bro" behaviour such as reductio ad absurdum[3] and the promotion of misinformation.[2]
