The International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (IMCWP) is an annual conference attended by communist and workers' parties from several nations. It originated in 1998 when the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) invited communist and workers' parties to participate in an annual conference where parties could gather to share their experiences and issue a joint declaration.

The Communist Party of China did not participate in the 2022 meeting.

The 22nd meeting of the Communist and Workers' Parties was held from 20th to 22nd October 2023, in İzmir, Turkey with the Communist Party of Turkey as hosting party. Members in attendance included:
