The Marxist-Leninist Party of Germany (MLPD), is a Maoist[1] party in Germany. The MLPD's ideology draws primarily from the writings of co-founder Willi Dickhut, who was expelled from the Communist Party of Germany (KPD) for criticizing the Soviet Union under Khrushchev as not only revisionist but capitalist.[2]
