The New Communist Party of Britain (NCPB), also known as the New Communist Party (NCP), is an anti-revisionist communist party in the United Kingdom. It is against the imperialist European Union and Eurocommunism.

The NCPB was founded in July 1977 by former members of the Communist Party of Great Britain (CPGB) who had come to regard that party as revisionist.[1]
Positions[edit | edit source]
British socialism[edit | edit source]
Although the NCPB denounces Britain’s Road to Socialism, the party program of the Communist Party of Britain (CPB), as revisionist the party still shares many of the CPB's revisionist stances. The party does not field candidates in elections and instead advocates for its members to vote for the imperialist Labour Party.[1] The NCPB believes in reforming the Labour Party to allow the elements it perceives as "progressive" to take control.[2]
Actually existing socialism[edit | edit source]
The NCPB supports all AES nations and considers China, Cuba, Korea, Laos and Vietnam to be socialist countries applying Marxism-Leninism to their unique material conditions.[1]
Palestine[edit | edit source]
On Palestine NCPB is critical of the proposed version of the 'two state solution' promoted by the West. However, they do not support a single Palestinian state either, preferring to advocate for a Palestine with pre 1967 borders with "Israel" giving up all lands seized since the Six Day War.[3]
Brexit[edit | edit source]
The NCPB supported the UK leaving the European Union and advocates for the dissolution of the EU.[4]
Scotland, Wales, and Ireland[edit | edit source]
The NCPB supports the self-determination of Scotland and Wales.[5] The NCPB also supports Sinn Féin and demands an immediate reunification of Ireland.[6]
LGBT+[edit | edit source]
Unusually for a British party and unlike the CPGB-ML, the NCPB supports LGBTQ rights.[7]
