The Revolutionary Communist Party (Brazilian Portuguese: Partido Comunista Revolucionário) is an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist communist party in Brazil. The party was merged into the October 8th Revolutionary Movement in 1981, near the end of the brazilian corporatist-military dictatorship, and was refounded in 1995. It is a member of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations (Unity & Struggle) (ICMLPO), an organization of anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist parties[1]. The RCP-B closely assisted in the founding of Popular Unity (UP), a legal party which they use as a way to launch candidates in bourgeois elections.[2]
